Hey! I’m Debarah, the founder of AscensionGreens.

My journey into indoor farming began after being diagnosed with PCOS and undergoing surgery to remove massive fibroids. That experience changed everything. It was a wake-up call—a reminder that healing often starts with what we put on our plates.

I began searching for clean, nutrient-rich foods that could support my body from the inside out. What I found was a deep passion for growing my own food and a natural gift for helping plants thrive—even indoors. As I healed, I realized I wanted to help others do the same.

At AscensionGreens, I now focus on making it easier for people to grow their own food at home using hydroponic systems, grow kits, and simple tools that work in any space. Whether you have a full kitchen or just a sunny windowsill, you deserve access to clean, chemical-free greens that nourish your body and your life.

This mission isn’t just about growing plants—it’s about growing confidence, health, and reconnection.
