1. Do you deliver locally?

Yes! We offer local delivery to select zip codes in the DFW area. If you're within our delivery zone, your order will be delivered fresh on Mondays or Wednesday nights. Simply enter your zip code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your area.

2. What if I’m outside the local delivery zip codes?

If you’re outside our local delivery zones, your microgreens will be shipped instead. We package all orders carefully with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

3. Where do you ship regionally?

We currently ship to the following states:

  • Texas
  • Oklahoma
  • New Mexico
  • Kansas
  • Arkansas
  • Louisiana

Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside these states at this time due to the delicate nature of microgreens and our commitment to maintaining their integrity during transit

4. Why don’t you ship nationwide?

Microgreens are extremely delicate and require careful handling to maintain their freshness and quality. Shipping outside our regional service areas increases the risk of spoilage, so we’ve chosen to limit our reach to ensure you receive the highest quality product.

5. What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the product, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit.

6. How should I store my microgreens once they arrive?

To keep your microgreens fresh:

  • Transfer them to your refrigerator immediately after delivery.
  • Keep them in their original container with the lid securely closed.
  • Enjoy within 7 days for the best taste and nutritional value.

For wheatgrass juice shots, store them in the freezer and thaw one shot at a time for daily use.

7. When will my order ship or be delivered?

  • Local Delivery: Available on Mondays and Wednesday nights for select DFW zip codes.
  • Regional Shipping: Orders ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure freshness and avoid weekend delays.

8. Can I pick up my order instead?

At this time, we do not offer a pickup option. All orders are delivered locally or shipped regionally to provide the most convenient experience for our customers.

9. Do you offer subscription plans?

We’re working on it! Stay tuned for subscription options that will allow you to receive fresh microgreens and wheatgrass juice shots on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
